Upcoming works

Golding Contrators has taken possession of the Parkway site works area and are soon to commence the bulk earthworks for the 20 Parkway Villas Lots.

The works involves some cut to fill on site, de-watering / de-silting / filling the western end of the existing lake and importing around 12,500 m3 of fill from the Administration Zone (Sickle Ave) and the old Rec Club site below the Country Club.

Initially, storm water drainage pipes will be installed and bulk earthworks import will start in about 3 weeks with traffic control to be provided during the bulk of the earthworks.

There will be no interruption of the access to the Parkway Village  gates and thoroughfare.
