He has a demonstrable track record of maximizing investment returns, and acquiring, planning, delivering and divesting property developments in excess of $3 billion gross development value. Barry leads Mulpha’s QLD development projects.

Lisa has over 12 years of tactical and strategic property marketing experience with a track record of creating strong, informed marketing strategies and campaigns for some of Australia’s best mixed use and urban renewal projects. Specialising in strategy, research and performance marketing, Lisa leads the marketing of Mulpha’s developments nationally underpinned by a strong emphasis on customer engagement and experience.
John Hughes

John has held numerous roles with Mulpha over the past 13 years. John not only manages the sales at Sanctuary Cove, but is also involved in property assets at Hayman Island(QLD) and Sales and Marketing for Mulpha’s Leisure Farm Resort ( Johor Bahru – Malaysia). John has a long career in the property industry and previously held senior management positions with several major companies such as IBM, Mobil Oil, and the ANZ Bank prior to entering the property industry 30 years ago. Prior to joining Mulpha, John held management positions with several major property developers and consultants on the Gold Coast including, Raptis, FKP/ Aveo, Austcorp, Colliers and others.

Grace has been a key part of the Mulpha team at Sanctuary Cove for over 13 years having a proven track record in Sales and Marketing. Customer-focused and with a reputation for excellence, Grace worked for a number of years with leading real estate and property developers, including Ingles and Juniper prior to joining Mulpha and draws on this experience in her role at Sanctuary Cove. Her commitment and reputation for excellence earned her promotion to the position of Sales Manager at Sanctuary Cove. Having lived and worked both in Australia and abroad and being fluent in Spanish and Tagalog, Grace is dedicated to delivering a first-class experience in matching clients with their property needs.
