Sanctuary Cove’s latest luxury development, Harbour One, is edging closer to completion with the topping out of Building B to take place by the end of March. Mulpha’s Construction & Quality Manager Greg Boevink said the last of the concrete roof is due to be poured.
In other progress, scaffolding on Building A is on track to come down at the end of May. “That’s a huge milestone and it will be a nice reveal,” said Mr Boevink.
“We’re also excited about the refurbishment of the retail car park in front of Harbour One, with the addition of more landscaping to created a lush green barrier between Harbour One and the public domain”.
