We write to inform you of some important work dates surrounding the exciting expansion project of the marina J Pier Superyacht arm – you can read more about this expansion here – Mulpha expands Superyacht Capacity at Sanctuary Cove Marina in the lead up to Brisbane Olympics – Sanctuary Cove
- Overall Project commences on 29 July with anticipated practical completion date of 22 November 2024
- Cypress point will be used as the lay-down and loading facility for the project duration, including an exclusion zone for crane works. To ensure we meet project deadlines, working hours will be strictly 7am – 5pm, Monday to Friday and 7am – 1pm on Saturdays.
- Starting from Tuesday, August 13th for 10 days there will be noisy piling works in the Horizon Basin (please note that the completion time may vary due to weather conditions)
- Starting from Tuesday, August 27th for 10 days there will noisy piling works at J Pier (please note that the completion time may vary due to weather conditions)
We understand that the upgrade may cause inconvenience, particularly due to the expected noise levels. However, these temporary disruptions are necessary to provide you with an improved and modern marina facility.
We want to assure you that all steps have been taken to minimise the disruption to our customers. Our team will be closely monitoring the progress and will provide regular updates regarding any potential changes to the time frame or works. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.
