A Full House For David Crisafulli MP Event

Mulpha recently hosted its second Community Conversations event at Sanctuary Cove, with an impressive turn out of over 120 enthusiastic attendees. 


Tim Spencer, Head of Developments at Mulpha, and Barry Teeling, Development Director QLD at Mulpha, led the evening as hosts, with special guest speaker David Crisafulli MP, the Leader of the Opposition and State Member for Broadwater taking centre stage. 


The evening kicked off with lively conversations and thought-provoking questions from the community. A wide range of topics were covered, from short and long-term plans for Sanctuary Cove to population caps and the future of the Sanctuary Cove Country Club. 


David Crisafulli MP proved to be an authentic and open speaker, addressing pressing state topics such as traffic congestion, the cost of living, crime, the state of the health system, housing choice, rental affordability, and rising interest rates. 

 

We extend a heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended and contributed to the evening’s success. Your active participation and thought-provoking questions truly made it an exceptional gathering. 


The Mulpha team are looking forward to our next Community Conversations event, where we can continue to foster a vibrant and engaged Sanctuary Cove community.
